For any reasons, the owner can just sue me even I am not selling the games?
What it means (applies to all games everywhere) is that you dont have the rights to edit the game file, you cannot change it, decompile it, hack it, etc.
You CAN Install it on your site, and for whatever reason, if requested to remove it, then you simply remove it.
It is alot like having/watching a dvd, whether you buy it, borrow it, rent it, or have it given to you, you can do what you want with it- as long as you dont infringe the copyright on it.
Most sites that dont want their games passed around will simply sitelock them. Some of the games on Havoc Arcade I have asked for permission to put on my site, almost all the rest are games you will find on thousands of other sites.
The rule of thumb here is, dont hack the game, dont put your own splash on it, and if requested, remove it.
Most removal requests are due to games that have been hacked (like mochi games), had the sponsor site removed from the splash, and/or have been altered in some fashion. None of the games in the packs above have had the sponsors removed, or otherwise hacked or altered (to my knowledge anyways).
So basically, install whatever games you want, ask for permission if taking games (ripping) off other sites that they authored/sponsored, and if your asked to take down games, comply.
Thats it. Simple and easy.
